基于“掌医课堂”平台的翻转课堂在新入职护士糖尿病知识培训中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨基于"掌医课堂"平台的翻转式课堂教学在新入职护士糖尿病培训中的应用。方法:2017年133名新入职护士作为对照组,开展传统教学培训,2018年132名新入职护士作为实验组,开展基于"掌医课堂"平台的翻转课堂教学培训,比较两组的学习效果。结果:实验组理论学习测试成绩、操作考核成绩、课程满意度均显著高于对照组。结论:基于"掌医课堂"平台的翻转课堂教学能充分发挥新入职护士主观能动性,显著提升糖尿病知识和技能培训效果。 Objective:To explore the application of flip classroom teaching based on "palm medicine classroom" platform in diabetes training for newly recruited nurses.Methods:In 2017,133 newly recruited nurses were trained in traditional teaching as control group, and in 2018,132 newly recruited nurses were trained in reversed classroom teaching based on "palm medicine classroom" platform. The learning effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of theoretical study test,operation test and course satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Reversal classroom teaching based on "palm medicine classroom" platform can give full play to the initiative of newly recruited nurses and significantly improve the training effect of diabetes knowledge and skills.
