目的:探索全科专业师资的培养,保证全科住院医师规范化培训质量。方法:我院在全科住院医师规范化培训过程中关注全科专业师资团队建设,从全科师资准入标准、青年师资和资深师资分层培养、基层实践基地师资一体化培养等多方面进行探索和实践。结果:我院全科住培基地通过探索及实践打造了一支既有数量又有质量的全科专业师资队伍,为培养合格的全科医师奠定了坚实基础。

Objective: To explore the training of general practitioners and ensure the quality of standardized training for general practitioners .Methods: In the process of standardized training of general practitioners, our hospital pays attention to the construction of general practitioners, teaching team ,and explores and practices the admission criteria of general practitioners, the stratified training of young and senior teachers, and the integrated training of teachers in grass-roots practice bases.Result:Through exploration and practice, the general practitioner training base of our hospital has created a team of general practitioner teachers with both quantity and quality, which has laid a solid foundation for training qualified general practitioners.
