摘要 目的:探讨小组合作学习教学模式在医学相关专业学生教学过程中的应用效果。方法:以医学本科生作为研究对象,随机分对照组和实验组,分别以传统课堂教学模式和小组合作学习教学模式授课。以问卷调查和期末试卷成绩的结果进行评价。结果:问卷分析结果表明小组合作学习教学模式在促进课程思政、提高课堂教学效果、增强课外延伸方面均具有明显的作用。对期末考试成绩分析表明,小组合作学习教学模式极显著提高学生成绩。 Objective:This study was conducted to estimate the effectiveness of team-based learning(TBL) on the teaching of medical students.Methods:Undergraduate medical students of the same grade were randomly sorted into two groups at the beginning of the semester.Traditional lecture-based learning(LBL) method was used in the teaching of the students within the control group,while TBL method was used in the teaching of the students within the experimental group.The effectiveness of the teaching was evaluated based on the performance of the students in final examination and their feedbacks to the teaching methods by questionnaire survey.Results:The results showed that TBL was more effective than LBL in improving the ideological and political education, teaching efficiency and extracurricular activity in the teaching of medical students.In addition, we found that TBL improved students’ performance in final examination significantly compared to LBL.
