摘要
为了提高电石法氯乙烯单体品质,在氯乙烯生产中采用了先进的氯乙烯合成工艺、变压吸附脱水技术和高效导向筛板精馏塔技术,降低了精氯乙烯单体中的杂质含量,单体含水质量分数≤100×10^-6,从而保证了PVC树脂的质量。
In order to improve the quality of vinyl chloride monomer produced by calcium carbide process, advanced VCM synthesis technology, pressure swing adsorption dehydration technology and high efficiency flow-guided sieve tray plate distillation column technology were adopted in the production of vinyl chloride. The impurities content in refined vinyl chloride monomer was reduced, and the water content of the monomer was less than ≤100×10^-6. Thus, the quality of PVC resin was ensured.
