本体法PVC预聚釜和聚合釜的研制

摘要 概述了国内引进的本体法PVC30m^3预聚釜和50m^3聚合釜的结构和特性。介绍了国产本体法PVC42m^3预聚釜和70m^3聚合釜的放大研制过程及技术特点,指出该型釜在应用几何相似原则进行尺寸放大的同时须匹配提升聚合釜传热能力。国产本体法PVC42m^3预聚釜和70m^3聚合釜的研制成功提高了我国聚合釜的技术水平,将对我国PVC行业产生重大影响。 The structure and characteristics of imported 30-m^3 prepolymerization reactor and imported 50-m^3 polymerization reactor for PVC production by bulk method in China were summarized. The amplification and development process of the domestic 42 -m^3 prepolymerization reactor and 70-m^3 polymerization reactor were introduced as well as their technical characteristics. It was pointed out that it was necessary to match and improve the heat transfer capacity o f the polymerization reactor when the size of the polymerization reactor was enlarged according to geometric similarity principal. The development of the domestic 42-m^3 prepolymerization reactor and the 70-m^3 polymerization reactor had raised the technical level of polymerization reactor in China, and would have a great impact on PVC industry in China.
