摘要
构架是转向架主体结构,构架安全是系统运行稳定性与可靠性的保证,对构架进行强度分析具有重要意义。文章以中低速磁浮维护牵引车构架为研究对象,分析其结构特点,建立构架三维有限元模型,根据国际铁路联盟标准UIC 615-4对构架施加载荷工况,使用ANSYS Workbench对构架进行静强度分析和疲劳强度分析,结果表明:构架静强度和疲劳强度均满足设计要求。在强度分析的基础上,对构架结构进行优化减重,使构架结构更加合理。强度分析和优化为构架设计提供了相关指导和依据,分析方法对新型轨道车辆构架强度分析也有一定的借鉴意义。
Frame is the main structure of bogie, whose safety is the guarantee of system stability and reliability, so strength analysis on frame is of great significance. In this paper, the frame of medium-low speed maglev maintenance tractor is taken as the research object, whose structure characteristics are analysed. The threedimensional finite element model of the frame is established and the static strength, fatigue strength are calculated and analyzed by ANSYS Workbench with the loading conditions imposed on the frame according to International Railway Union Standard UIC 615-4. The results indicate that the static strength and fatigue strength of the frame meet the strength requirements. On the basis of the analysis, the weight reduction of the frame structure is optimized to make the structure more reasonable. Strength analysis and optimization provide relevant guidance and basis for frame design, and the analysis method can also be used as a reference for the strength analysis of new type railway vehicle frame.
