机车车轮液浸扫描式在线超声探伤技术研究

摘要 文章以肯尼亚蒙内铁路的内罗毕机务段的机务设备为例,对在该机务段的机车车轮检测中采用的液浸扫描式超声探伤技术进行介绍,并与以往常用的阵列式探伤技术进行对比分析,以期为探伤技术在实际工程中的应用提供一定的借鉴。 Taking the locomotive equipment of Nairobi locomotive depot of Kenya’s Mombasa-Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway as an example, this paper presents the ultrasonic flaw detection technology by liquid immersion scanning used in the locomotive wheel detection. It compares the technology with the array flaw detection technology commonly used in the past, in order to provide some reference for the application of flaw detection technology in practical engineering.
