膜下滴灌在灵芝孢子粉栽培中的应用效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 以常规大棚模式栽培为对照,以灵芝菌盖直径、单朵鲜芝重量、孢子粉产量、灵芝孢子粉的总多糖、总三萜、蛋白质和有机锗含量为指标,开展膜下滴灌对灵芝孢子粉栽培的效果研究,为灵芝孢子粉高产优质栽培提供依据.研究结果表明:膜下滴灌栽培的单朵鲜芝重量、孢子粉产量、总三萜含量、蛋白质含量、有机锗含量分别比常规大棚模式提高了42 g/朵、90 g/m^2,1.2%、1.71%、0.001μg/100 g,差异显著.灵芝菌盖直径和灵芝孢子粉总多糖差异不显著,说明膜下滴灌技术在灵芝孢子粉栽培良好的应用效果,前景广阔. The present study used Ganoderma lucidum fungus lid diameter,single fresh cheese weight,ganoderma lucidum spore-powder yield, Ganoderan、Triterpennoids、protein、germanium,content as the Test index,to compare the application effect between Drip Irrigation Under Plastic Mulch and Conventional Greenhouse cultivation pattern of Ganoderma lucidum. The results showed that the weight,spore powder yield, total triterpene content, protein content and organic germanium content of single fresh ganoderma of the Drip Irrigation Under Mulch cultivationincreased by 42g/flower,90g/m^2, 1.2%,1.71% and 0.001μg/100g respectively,with significant difference of 5%. There was no significant difference between the diameter of ganoderma lucidum cover and the total polysaccharide of ganoderma lucidum spore powder.The results indicating that the Drip Irrigation Under Mulch technology has a good application effect in the cultivation of ganoderma lucidum spore powder.
