本文结合高等教育改革背景下大学生第二课堂开展的基本思路和先进经验,阐述了新时代下培育大学生社会责任感的重要性以及高校在培育大学生社会责任感过程中暴露出的主要问题.探讨了第二课堂成绩单制度在培育大学生社会责任感工作上的价值实现逻辑与主要实施原则,并对第二课堂制度下大学生社会责任感培育所应采取的基本对策和关键性问题进行着重地分析.旨在为我国高等教育的全面化、高质化、现代化发展提供借鉴与参考.

Based on the experience and basic principle of extra curriculum education,this paper expounds the importance of cultivating college students'social responsibility in the new era and discusses some problems in the process of cultivation.It also probes into the value realization logic and main implementation principles of the transcript system,and emphatically analyzes the basic countermeasures and key problems in cultivating college students"social responsibility.The purpose is to provide reference for the comprehensive,high-quality and modern development of higher education in China.
