摘要
油田原油集输过程中的热输工艺流程,大多使用自产原油为燃料,通过加热炉燃烧实现。该方法存在燃烧污染物排放浓度高的缺陷,难以满足日益严格的环保要求。采用燃油膨化技术对原油进行膨化处理后,用于加热炉燃烧,可以有效降低锅炉燃烧时的污染物排放浓度,并可减少原油用量,为石油行业的节能减排提供了一种新途径。
The heating transport process flow in the collection and transportation course of oilfield crude oil uses the self-production crude oil for fuel and by means of heating furnace combustion. This method has the defect of high emission concentration in the combustion of pollutants. It is hard to meet the severe requirements of national environmental protection. The paper adopts the fuel oil swelling technology to swell and treat crude oil for the combustion in heating furnace. The technology can effectively reduce the pollutants discharge concentration in case the boiler combustion, and can reduce consumption quantity of crude oil, and can provide a new way for the energy saving and emission reduction of the petroleum industry.
