替普瑞酮联合三联疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃肠激素及免疫功能的影响

Effects of teprenone combined with triple therapy on gastrointestinal hormones and immune function in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:探讨替普瑞酮联合三联疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃肠道激素及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取某院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组给予三联疗法治疗,观察组在三联疗法及叶酸治疗基础上给予替普瑞酮,2组治疗时间均为3个月。统计并比较2组患者治疗前后的胃镜病理积分,以及血浆中胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、生长激素(GH)、可溶白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平,CD4^+T、CD8^+T细胞百分比,CD4^+T/CD8^+T值。结果:观察组治疗后MOT、GAS、GH水平、CD4+T细胞百分比、CD4^+T/CD8^+T值均明显高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,各项胃镜病理积分、血清SS、EGF、sIL-2R水平、CD8+T细胞百分比均明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗前后胃镜病理积分、激素水平、免疫指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:替普瑞酮联合三联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎能有效修复损伤的胃粘膜,通过调整紊乱的胃肠激素水平、sIL-2R水平、T细胞亚群,恢复胃肠功能和机体免疫功能。

Objective:To explore the effects of teprenone combined with triple therapy on gastrointestinal hormones and immune function in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:110 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,55 cases in each.The control group was treated with triple therapy while the observation group was given teprenone on the basis of triple therapy and folic acid treatment.Both groups received treatment for 3 months.Gastroscopy pathological scores,serum levels of motilin(MOT),gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS),epidermal growth factor(EGF),growth hormone(GH),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),percentages of CD4^+T and CD8^+T cells,and CD4^+T/CD8^+T values were calculated and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,serum MOT,GAS,GH,percentage of CD4^+T cells,and CD4^+T/CD8^+T values in the observation group were significantly higher than those before the treatment and of the control group;gastroscopy pathological scores,serum SS,EGF,sIL-2R levels,and percentage of CD8^+T cells were significantly lower than those before the treatment and of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Before and after the treatment,gastroscopy pathological scores,hormone levels and immune indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,teprenone combined with triple therapy can effectively repair the damaged gastric mucosa,and restore gastrointestinal function and immune function by adjusting the level of gastrointestinal hormone,sIL-2R level and T cell subgroup.
