空肠造瘘与鼻饲营养在食管癌术后肠内营养中的应用比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨微创食管癌切除术后患者经空肠造瘘管行肠内营养的安全性和可行性。方法:回顾性分析某院收治的微创食管癌切除术患者47例,其中21例患者术后经鼻肠管行肠内营养,26例患者经空肠造瘘管行场内营养。比较2组患者的临床病理资料、呼吸系统症状、消化系统症状及术后相关并发症的发生率。结果:2组患者术后肺部感染、发热寒战、腹泻便秘、术后吻合口瘘、营养管堵塞、肠梗阻、肠瘘比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。鼻肠管组在术后咽喉部异物感、咽喉部溃疡、鼻粘膜出血、咳嗽咳痰、腹痛腹胀、恶心呕吐、反流及脱管方面高于空肠造瘘组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌患者术后空肠造瘘行肠内营养是一种安全可靠的营养方式,近期效果满意。
