With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, the cost management of construction machinery and equipment is particularly important. The mechanical equipment of construction enterprises has different characteristics from other enterprises. The mechanical equipment management mode also has different characteristics from other enterprises. This paper discusses the mechanical equipment management mode and mechanical cost control points of the construction enterprise with the author’s construction enterprise as the carrier,aiming to standardize the management of enterprise machinery and equipment, reduce the cost of using mechanical equipment, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
