摘要
现代特钢制造企业生产中,中板分厂的除磷电机一直是耗电大户,一台电机的耗电量就占了整个分厂电量的15.3%,而除磷时间不超过整个轧制时间的40%。现代工业(特别是轧钢企业)中传动系统和PLC系统已经开始广泛应用,通过对除磷电机进行优化控制,利用PLC控制技术和先进驱动技术改变除磷电机的运转速度,降低除磷电机的实时功率,减少除磷电机的高功率运行时间。本文控制系统通过现场实际测试,除磷系统的PLC节能优化成效显著。
In the production of modern special steel manufacturing enterprises, the descaling motor of medium plate branch plant has always been a major power consumer. The power consumption of one motor accounts for 15.3% of the total power consumption of the branch plant, and the dephosphorization time does not exceed 40% of the whole rolling time. Drive system and PLC system have been widely used in modern industry(especially in steel rolling enterprises). Through optimized control of dephosphorization motor, the PLC control technology and advanced driving technology are used to change the speed of dephosphorization motor, reduce the real-time power of dephosphorization motor, and reduce the high-power running time of dephosphorization motor. The control system of this paper has passed the field test, and the PLC energy-saving optimization effect of the phosphorus removal system is remarkable.
