On the Oil System Equipment and Pipeline Installation Process of 660MW Steam Turbine Generator Set

油系统在汽轮发电机组安全、稳定运行中起到至关重要的作用。本文首先对汽轮发电机组油系统作用进行简要的介绍,然后结合自身阅历及由西北电力建设第三工程有限公司承建的新疆恒联五彩湾项目2×660MW汽轮发电机组安装工程,浅谈油系统设备及管道安装工艺及冲洗过程中的措施。

The oil system plays a vital role in the safe and stable operation of steam turbine generator sets. This paper firstly introduces the function of the steam turbine generator oil system, and then combined with its own experience and the installation of 2 ×660 MW steam turbine generator set of Xinjiang Henglian Wucaiwan Project undertaken by Northwestern Third Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. it discusses the oil system equipment and pipeline installation process and the measures in the flushing process.
