近年来,公私合作伙伴关系(PPPs)受到社会各界的广泛关注,被大量用于社会基础设施的采购,成为提高公共服务质量的有效机制。本文对PPP项目执行过程中面临的主要内部风险因素和信息不对称现象进行总结和分析,探究BIM技术在PPP项目风险控制、信息聚合中的作用,为能更好的实现PPP项目的社会效益提供参考。

In recent years, Public-Private Partnerships(PPPs) have attracted much attention. The partnerships are widely used to procure public infrastructure assets and are an effective mechanism for improving the quality of public services. This paper summarizes and analyzes the main internal risk factors and information asymmetry in the implementation of PPP project. Then we explore the role of BIM technology in risk control and information aggregation of PPP project. The paper may provide a reference for better realizing the social benefit of PPP project.
