“一带一路”关键语言视角下企业外语人才需求调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Needs of Foreign Language Talents in Enterprises from the Critical Language Perspective under "The Belt and Road"

随着"一带一路"建设的日益推进,致力于"走出去"的企业的关键语言人才需求研究十分重要。本项目以关键语言为视角,以部分江苏企业和福建企业为研究对象,调查分析其关键语言人才需求及企业外语规划现状,结合周边语言环境、商贸实际情况等探讨中国的关键语言及关键语言人才应具备的素养和技能。同时以江苏省和福建省部分大学为例,调查非通用语种专业设置和选修课设置状况。在以上研究的基础上,探讨"一带一路"背景下企业关键语言人才的培养路径。

With the increasing construction of "The Belt and Road", it is very important to study the needs of critical language talents for enterprises that are "going out". Based on the critical language perspective, this project takes some Jiangsu enterprises and Fujian enterprises as research objects, investigates and analyzes the needs of critical language talents and the status of foreign language planning,and discusses the critical language and the qualities and skills that should be available of critical language talents in China based on the surrounding language environment and actual business conditions. At the same time, some universities in Jiangsu Province and Fujian Province are taken as examples to investigate the setting of non-universal language and elective courses. On the basis of the above research,this paper explores the cultivation path of critical language talents in the context of "The Belt and Road".
