半圆管真空耙式疲劳干燥机结构优化与疲劳分析 被引量:1

摘要 某化工车间一批真空耙式疲劳干燥机半圆管夹套上出现多个蒸汽泄漏点并在多次补焊后问题未得到有效解决。在排除腐蚀等破坏机理的前提下,从干燥机设备结构、设计参数和泄漏现场情况进行综合分析,提出了干燥机夹套结构和进气管改造方案,应用ANSYS软件对优化结构进行了温度场和疲劳热应力数值分析,依据JB 4732-1995(2005年确认)《钢制压力容器--分析设计标准》对危险部位进行了强度校核。实施改造后,干燥机泄漏问题得到了根本解决,已安全运行超过1 a。此次改造可为半圆管夹套干燥机同类问题的分析和解决提供参考。 A number of steam leaks appeared on a semi-circular pipe jacket of a vacuum-type fatigue dryer in a chemical workshop and the problem was not effectively solved after multiple repairs. Under the premise of eliminating the damage mechanism such as corrosion, comprehensive analysis was carried out from the structure of the dryer equipment, design parameters, situation of the leakage site. The jacket structure of the dryer and the reconstruction scheme of the intake pipe were proposed. The numerical analysis to temperature field and fatigue thermal stress of optimized structure was performed through ANSYS software. The strength check of dangerous parts was carried out according to JB 4732-1995(2005 R)Steel Pressure Vessels--Design by Analysis. After the completion of the transformation, the problem of leakage of the dryer has been fundamentally solved and the dryer have been safely operated for more than 1 year. This transformation can provide reference for the analysis and solution of similar problems in semi-circular pipe jacket dryers.
