甲基叔丁基醚催化蒸馏塔内件操作质量等效计算方法探讨

摘要 应用SW6软件进行单一结构化工填料塔或者板式塔的计算时,输入塔板数或者填料参数之后工作站即可自动完成塔器的分段和塔内件的质量集中计算。对于由填料塔和板式塔构成的混合结构化工塔,应用SW6软件时需要手动进行塔器的分段和塔内件的质量集中计算。针对某项目甲基叔丁基醚装置催化蒸馏塔的混合内件结构,提出了4种塔分段和塔内件质量集中计算模型方案,并计算出了4种方案的等效塔板块数和等效填料质量。以4种方案等效的浮阀板块数和填料质量为输入参数,应用SW6软件计算了催化蒸馏塔的自振周期、地震弯矩和裙座元件尺寸,对比分析了各种方案计算结果的异同点,指出对于内件结构复杂的塔设备,可以通过内件质量等效法进行简化设计计算。 When SW6 software was used to calculate single structured packing tower or plate tower, the workstation can automatically complete the segmenting of the tower and the mass concentration of the internals of the tower after the number of trays or packing parameters were input. For the mixed structured tower consisting of packed column and plate column, the application of SW6 requires manual segmenting of the tower and centralized calculation of the mass of the inner parts of the tower. Aiming at the structure of composite internals of catalytic distillation column in methyl tert-butyl ether plant, four models for calculating the mass concentration of segments and internals were proposed, and the equivalent plate number and packing mass of four schemes were calculated. Taking the number of valve plates and packing mass of four schemes as input parameters, the natural vibration period, seismic bending moment and skirt element size of catalytic distillation tower were calculated by SW6 calculation software. The similarities and differences of the calculation results of the four schemes were compared and analyzed. It is pointed out that for the calculation of tower equipment with complicated internal structure, the design can be simplified by the internal mass quality equivalent method.
