摘要
膨胀节是重要的管道部件,需要依据标准进行设计计算。目前石油化工行业中,由2种不同材料制成的复合材质波纹管的使用越来越普遍,但是现行标准中未提供相应的计算方法。对美国膨胀节制造商协会标准中无加强圆形波纹管膨胀节和加强圆形波纹管膨胀节的应力计算公式进行基本原理分析。应用美国膨胀节制造商协会标准的基本计算原理,针对由2种不同材料组成的波纹管,进行了拓展性推导计算,得到了不同材质无加强圆形波纹管膨胀节和加强圆形波纹管膨胀节的应力计算公式。
As an important piping component, the expansiox joint should be desingned and caculated according to relative standard and codes. The expansion joints with two different materials is getting more and more common in the current petrochemical industry, however without the corresponding calculation methods based on standards. The computational model of the calculation formula of the circular bellows in American Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association standard was evaluated based on the basic calculation principle of American Expansion Joint Manufactures Association standard and the bellows in two different materials were extended and deduced. The stress calculation formulas of the unreinforced circular bellows expansion joints and the strengthened circular bellows expansion joints in different materials were obtained.
