摘要
目的构建高职高专《诊断学》新实训与考核体系并评价其应用效果。方法选取江苏卫生健康职业学院2016级校内班97人为观察1组,采用《诊断学》新实训与考核体系;选取2016级驻点班50人为观察2组,采用新考核体系;另以采用传统实训教学与考核法的2015级临床专业校内班89人为对照组,通过成绩比较及相关性分析评价新体系的应用效果。结果观察1组和观察2组的学生操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),而观察1组和观察2组之间操作考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察1组和观察2组操作考核成绩与理论考核成绩呈较强的相关性。结论新实训体系能显著提高学生的临床诊断操作水平,考核体系能够有效的反映学生的真实能力。
Objective To construct the new diagnostics training and assessment system in higher vocational college and evaluate its application effect. Methods Ninety-seven students of grade 2016 in Jiangsu Health Vocational College were selected as observation group 1 where the new diagnostics training and assessment system was adopted.Fifty students in stagnation teaching class of grade 2016 were selected as observation group 2 where the new assessment system was adopted.Besides,89 medical students of grade 2015 in school who accepted traditional training and assessment method were selected as control group.The application effect of the new system was evaluated by the performance of comparative and correlation analysis. Results The operating scores of observation group 1 and 2 were higher than those of control groups( P <0.05 ),but there was no difference in scores between the observation group 1 and group 2( P >0.05 ).The operating and theoretical scores in observation group 1 and group 2 were strongly correlated. Conclusions The new diagnostics training system significantly improves students' clinical diagnostic skills.And the assessment system effectively reflects the real capacity of students.
