摘要
见习是护理专业学生接触患者、培养实践能力很重要的一个阶段,近几年来,护理教育者们对护理专业学生临床见习模式进行了大胆的实践,并取得了一定的效果,现综述如下,以期对护生见习模式的选择起到借鉴作用。
Noviciate is a very important stage for nursing students to contact patients and cultivate their practical ability.In recent years,a batch of innovative clinical noviciate has been carried out which achieves certain results.This article will review the research progress of clinical noviciate for nursing students in order to provide references for the selection of nursing noviciate mode.
