细节护理应用于髋关节置换术后的效果研究

Effect of Detail Nursing on patients receiving hip arthroplasty

目的评价细节护理用于髋关节置换术后的康复效果。方法选择2016年1月至2018年12月武汉市中医医院收治的行髋关节置换术的患者128例,通过SAS软件简单随机化分为细节护理组(64例)和对照组(64例)。对照组在髋关节置换术后给予中医护理,细节护理组在对照组护理基础上增加细节护理。对比两组患者的护理满意度和投诉情况及WOMAC量表评分。结果细节护理组总满意率为89.06%,对照组总满意率为54.68%,细节护理组中患者的总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);细节护理组的护理投诉率为3.13%,对照组投诉率为26.56%,细节护理组的投诉率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,细节护理组的WOMAC量表评分也明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在髋关节置换术后患者的中医护理中运用细节护理可明显提高患者的护理满意度和护理舒适度,对促进患者康复有益。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Detail Nursing on the rehabilitation of patients receiving hip arthroplasty. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients who were treated with hip arthroplasty admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into Detail Nursing group (64 cases) and control group (64 cases) randomly.The patients in control group were treated with Chinese medicine nursing after hip replacement.While the Detail Nursing was applied in Detail Nursing group based on the nursing of control group.The satisfaction and complaints of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of the Detailed Nursing group was 89.06% which was significantly higher than that of control group (54.68%).The complaint rate of Detailed Nursing group was 3.13% which was significantly lower than that of control group(26.56%).The WOMAC score of Detailed Nursing group was significantly lower than that of control group( P <0.05). Conclusions Detail Nursing in the treatment of patients with hip arthroplasty can greatly improve the patient's satisfaction and care comfort which improves the effect of clinical rehabilitation.
