不同产地麦冬中5-羟甲基糠醛含量的比较研究 被引量:2

Comparation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural content in Ophiopogonis Radix from different habitats

摘要 为探讨麦冬中5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的含量及其与产地的相关性。实验在日光下观察色泽;烘干法测定水分;建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)用于测定5-HMF的含量;色差仪测定粉末色泽;采用Pearson和Spearman相关系数评价相关性。结果表明,麦冬表面、断面、粉末呈现白色、黄白色或土黄色等较浅的色泽;各样品的水分含量在5.64%到6.39%的范围内;各样品中5-HMF的含量从最低的0.8741μg/g到最高的71.31μg/g,差异明显,但均低于0.02%;产于湖南、湖北的麦冬中5-HMF的含量均较高,介于18.14~71.31μg/g;产于四川的麦冬,5-HMF的含量较低,均低于10μg/g;水分含量与粉末的亮度具有相关性。此外,四川三台县生产加工的麦冬中5-HMF的含量显著低于湖南和湖北产的麦冬样品。四川三台县产麦冬中5-HMF的含量低于其他产区,推测是三台麦冬道地性的特性表现。 To explore the correlation between the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) content and genuineness of Ophiopogonis Radix (OR).The color was observed under sunlight.The water content was determined by an oven-drying method.An HPLC method was established and used to determine the 5-HMF content.The color of samples powder was determined with a colorimeter.The correlation coefficients of Pearson and Spearman were used to analyze the correlation.The color of surface,section,and powder of OR samples were white,yellowish-white,soil-yellow.The water content was ranged from 5.64% to 6.39%.The 5-HMF content was ranged from the lowest 0.874 1 μg/g to the highest 71.31 μg/g and the difference was obvious,but all of them were lower than 0.02%.The 5-HMF content of OR from Hunan and Hubei province was high and ranged from 18.14 to 71.31 μg/g.The 5-HMF content of OR from Sichuan province was all lower than 10 μg/g.The water content was correlated with the luminance of samples powder.The 5-HMF content in OR produced and processed in Santai County of Sichuan Province was obviously lower than that in Hunan and Hubei Provinces.The 5-HMF content in OR produced in Santai County of Sichuan Province was lower than that in other producing areas,which was presumed to be the characteristic expression of the genuineness of OR.
