摘要
疼痛是中晚期癌症患者的一个重要的症状,严重影响着患者的生命质量,也是临床上致力解决的问题。随着医学的发展,临床上有多种癌性疼痛的治疗措施,各种治疗方法均有良好的治疗效果。根据是否用药情况,可以将其分为药物疗法和非药物疗法。药物治疗主要包括止痛药、双膦酸盐类药物及中医药等,非药物疗法主要有外科手术、放射治疗及心理干预等。本文就近年来常见治疗方法进行分析,为癌性疼痛治疗提供相关依据。
Pain is an important symptom of patients with advanced cancer,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and is also a problem that needs to be solved clinically.With the development of medical science,there are various treatments for cancer pain in clinical practice and they all have good therapeutic effects.It can be divided into drug therapy and non-drug therapy depending on whether drugs are used.Drug treatment mainly includes painkillers,bisphosphonates and traditional Chinese medicine.Non-drug therapies mainly include surgery,radiation therapy and psychological intervention.This article analyzes common treatment methods in recent years and provides relevant evidence for the treatment of cancer pain.
