住院失眠患者相关危险因素的研究进展

住院患者失眠的患病率高发,本文主要结合目前国内外研究文献,探究住院失眠患者存在的相关危险因素,加强对危险因素的认识。通过控制可控因素,减少人为干扰因素,如:环境因素、躯体不适、药物因素、不良睡眠行为等,为住院患者失眠的预防提供指导方向。

The prevalence rate of insomnia among inpatients is high.This paper explores the relevant risk factors of inpatients who are suffering from insomnia by combining the current domestic and foreign research literatures to raise people's awareness of the risk factors of insomnia.By controlling controllable factors and reducing the interference of man-made factors,such as environmental factors,physical discomfort,medical factors,unfavorable sleep behaviors and so on,the article provides guidance for the prevention of insomnia among inpatients.
