温胆汤联合小针刀治疗颈椎病的疗效及对功能康复的影响

Effect of wendan decoction combined with small needle scalpel on cervical spondylosis and its effect on functional rehabilitation

目的探讨温胆汤联合小针刀治疗颈椎病的疗效及对功能康复的影响。方法选择2017年11月至2018年11月接收的140例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,应用双色球法随机分为对照组和联合组,各70例。其中对照组患者给予小针刀治疗,联合组给予温胆汤联合小针刀治疗。比较分析两组患者治疗后临床疗效、功能康复情况及治疗前后的颈椎关节活动度。结果联合组患者的临床治疗总有效率为98.57%,明显高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后的眩晕、日常生活及工作、心理及社会适应、颈肩痛、头痛评分,椎前屈、后伸、左右侧屈及左右旋转的角度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤联合小针刀治疗颈椎病的疗效显著,可明显促进患者功能康复。

Objective To explore the effect of wendan decoction combined with small needle scalpel on cervical spondylosis and its effect on functional rehabilitation.Methods 140 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as research subjects and were randomly divided into the control group and the combination group by the double chromosphere method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small needle scalpel while the combination group was treated with wendan decoction and small needle scalpel.The clinical efficacy,functional rehabilitation and cervical joint motility before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 98.57%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.86%) and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,vertigo,daily life and work,psychological and social adjustment,neck and shoulder pain,headache score,anterior flexion,posterior extension,right and left lateral flexion and left and right rotation angle in the combination group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Wendan decoction combined with small needle scalpel has a significant effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and can significantly promote the functional recovery of patients.
