中西医临床护理路径目前已广泛应用于各种慢性病的临床护理中,护理人员在中医理论指导下运用整体护理观,以患者为中心,将独特的中医护理技术与西医的现代护理技术相结合,对患者进行辨证施护,且效果良好。因此本文就中西医临床护理路径在老年慢性病中的应用现状、影响因素进行综述,以期为老年慢性病管理提供更好的方法。

Clinical nursing path of traditional Chinese and western medicine has been widely used in the clinical nursing of all chronic diseases.Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medical theory and using holistic nursing concept,nursing staff can integrate unique nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine with modern nursing techniques of western medicine and take dialectical care of patients with patients-oriented concept.The practice has achieved remarkable effects.The article reviewed the status of clinical nursing path of traditional Chinese and western medicine in chronic diseases among elderly patients and influencing factors,aiming at providing better methods for the management of chronic diseases among the elderly.
