复方阿片类镇痛药在疼痛治疗中的应用研究

疼痛问题备受全世界关注。临床用药治疗疼痛过程中,单纯一种止痛药物的应用,已经难以满足临床需要,需多种药物联合应用。复方阿片类镇痛药物因为互相协同的镇痛作用、安全可靠等优势,而被临床青睐,广泛用于治疗急慢性中重度疼痛患者。此次就临床疼痛治疗中所采用的复方阿片类镇痛药的应用进行了相关探讨。

Pain has attracted worldwide attention.In the process of clinical medication for pain treatment,the application of a single analgesic drug is difficult to meet the clinical needs and multiple drugs are required.Because of its synergistic analgesic effect,safety and reliability,compound opioid analgesics are widely used in the treatment of acute,chronic pain patients with moderate and severe degree.This paper discussed the application of compound opioid analgesics in clinical pain treatment.
