摘要
为蛹虫草资源进一步开发利用提供参考,采用双因素试验、单因素试验与正交试验相结合的方法研究蛹虫草培养基多肽提取的最佳生产工艺条件。结果表明:超声法提取蛹虫草培养基多肽优于热回流法;超声法提取最佳工艺为蒸馏水pH8.5,料液比1∶15,提取时间45min,提取1~2次;该条件下蛹虫草培养基多肽的提取率为21.85%~22.26%。
To provide references for the further development and utilization of Cordyceps militaris resources,the optimum production conditions of polypeptides extraction from C.militaris culture medium were studied by means of two-factor experiment,single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.Results:The extraction of polypeptides from C.militaris culture medium by ultrasonic method was better than that by thermal reflux method,and the optimum technology of ultrasonic extraction was pH 8.5 distilled water,1∶15 ratio of material to liquid,ultrasonic extraction for 45 minutes and ultrasonic extraction for 1-2 times;Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polypeptides from C.militaris culture medium was 21.85%-22.26%.
