不同基质与生长素对紫薇新品种仑山1号嫩枝扦插育苗的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Media and Auxin on Softwood Cutting Seedlings of a New Lagerstroemia indica Variety Lunshan 1

摘要 为加快紫薇新品种仑山1号(Lagerstroemia indica Lunshan 1)的繁殖速度,寻找嫩枝扦插最佳方案,采用基质种类(细沙、1/2细沙+1/2苗床土和1/3蛭石+1/3珍珠岩+1/3泥炭)、生长素种类(萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸和1/2萘乙酸+1/2吲哚丁酸)和生长素浓度(500 mg/L、1 000 mg/L和1 500 mg/L)进行3因素3水平正交试验设计,分析不同处理对插穗成活率、最长根长、侧根数量及地上部分鲜重的影响。结果表明:仑山1号嫩枝扦插以浓度为1 500 mg/L的生长素(1/2萘乙酸+1/2吲哚丁酸)溶液快速浸泡后扦插在基质(1/3蛭石+1/3珍珠岩+1/3泥炭)的成活率最高,为92%;最长根系达39.6 cm;侧根数最多,为8.5根;地上部分鲜重达1.994 1 g。仑山1号嫩枝扦插最佳方案为:生长素浓度,1 500 mg/L;生长素组合,1/2萘乙酸+1/2吲哚丁酸;基质,1/3蛭石+1/3珍珠岩+1/3泥炭。 In order to speed up the reproduction rate of the new Lagerstroemia indica cultivar Lunshan 1,and look for the best solution for softwood cutting,a three factors and three levels orthogonal experimental design was conducted to explore the effects of different treatments on survival rate of cuttings,maximum root length,number of lateral roots,and fresh weight of aboveground parts.The factors and levels were as follows:matrix type(fine sand,1/2 fine sand+1/2 seedling bed soil,1/3 vermiculite+1/3 perlite+1/3 peat),auxin type(naphthalene acetic acid,indole butyric acid,1/2 naphthalene acetic acid+1/2 indole butyric acid),and auxin concentration(500 mg/L,1 000 mg/L,1 500 mg/L).Results:The survival rate of Lunshan 1 reached the maximum 92%when the softwood cuttings were raised in the substrate of 1/3 vermiculite+1/3 perlite+1/3 peat after rapidly soaked in 1 500 mg/L auxin solution(1/2 naphthylacetic acid+1/2 indolebutyric acid),at the same time,the maximum root length,lateral root number,and fresh weight of aboveground parts reached 39.6 cm,8.5,and 1.994 1 g respectively.The best scheme for softwood cutting of Lunshan 1 included auxin concentration 1 500 mg/L,auxin combination 1/2 naphthalene acetic acid+1/2 indole butyric acid,matrix 1/3 vermiculite+1/3 perlite+1/3 peat.
