摘要
为攀西地区及类似生态区域推广种植猕猴桃及猕猴桃产业发展提供理论指导,以攀西地区的凉山州西昌市琅环乡金果猕猴桃为研究对象,分析其2016-2018年的引种栽培表现。结果表明:较国内其他产区,金果猕猴桃在凉山州种植的萌芽、开花、坐果等物候期均提前;果实采摘、落叶及伤流等物候期均延迟;果实品质优质,可溶性固形物、干物质、可溶性糖、总酸及抗坏血酸含量分别为17.7%、18.2%、11.42%、1.21g/100g和138mg/100g。从建园、水肥管理、病虫害管理及整形修剪等方面总结金果猕猴桃在凉山州的关键栽培技术。西昌市琅环乡种植的金果猕猴桃具有优质、耐贮藏及病虫害少等特点,是适宜该区域种植的优质猕猴桃品种。
The performance of introduced Jinguo kiwifruit was analyzed in Langhuan Village,Xichang City,Liangshan Prefecture during 2016-2018 to provide a theoretical guidance for kiwifruit cultivation and kiwifruit industrial development in Panxi Region and the ecological similar areas.Result:Compared with other Jinguo kiwifruit growing areas in China,the germination flowering and fruit setting phonological period of Jinguo kiwifruit is ahead of schedule,the fruit harvesting deciduous and bleeding period of Jinguo kiwifruit is delayed and the fruit quality of Jinguo kiwifruit cultivated in Liangshan Prefecture is better.The soluble solids,dry matter,soluble sugar,total acid and Vc content of Jinguo kiwifruit is 17.7%,18.2%,11.42%,1.21g/100g and 138 mg/100g respectively.The key cultivation technique of Jinguo kiwifruit planted in Liangshan Prefeture are summarized from four aspects of building orchard,water and fertilization management,disease and pest management,and shaping and pruning.Jinguo kiwifruit with the feature of high quality,storable character and less disease and insect is suitably cultivated in Langhuan Village,Xichang City.
