摘要
为青海马铃薯特色产业结构优化、发展战略制定和区域布局提供科学依据,采用综合比较优势指数法对青海马铃薯生产的比较优势进行分析。结果表明:青海马铃薯的综合生产比较优势非常显著,属于中国强优势生产区;与小麦、豆类及蔬菜相比,青海马铃薯的产品优势明显。青海应把马铃薯作为优势特色产业来抓,因地制宜扩大名优马铃薯种植面积,同时注重提高单产水平,从生产效率和种植规模上加强青海特色马铃薯生产的综合比较优势,并从种质资源、育种、应用技术及制繁种基地等方面提出了发展的对策建议。
To provide a scientific basis for the optimization of potato characteristic industrial structure, development strategy and regional layout, the comparative advantage index method was used to analyze the comparative advantages of potato production in Qinghai. Results: The comprehensive production advantage of Qinghai potato is very significant, and it belongs to China’s strong production area. Compared with wheat, beans and vegetables, Qinghai potato has obvious product advantages. Qinghai should take the potato as a superior characteristic industry, expand the area of featured potato planting according to local conditions, and pay attention to improving the yield level, strengthening the comprehensive comparative advantage of Qinghai characteristic potato production from the production efficiency and planting scale. Specific development countermeasures are proposed from aspects of germplasm resources, breeding, application technology and system breeding base.
