血CTC、D- D、FIB及PLT对原发性肺癌患者临床病理特点的影响

Effects of serum CTC, D-D, FIB and PLT on the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with primary lung cancer

目的探讨CTC、D-D、FIB及PLT对原发性肺癌患者临床病理特点的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月期间我院收治的60例初治原发性肺癌患者为研究对象,收集患者的临床病理资料,检测并记录其外周血中CTC、D-D、FIB及PLT水平,探究血CTC、D-D、FIB及PLT对原发性肺癌患者临床病理特点的影响。结果CTC阳性率与原发性肺癌患者的临床分期有关(P<0.05),FIB水平与临床分期、T分期、N分期、M分期、远处转移有关(P<0.05),D-D水平与T分期、N分期、M分期、远处转移有关(P<0.05),PLT水平与年龄、临床分期、T分期、N分期、M分期、远处转移有关(P<0.05)。CTC阳性患者的外周血D-D、FIB及PLT水平显著高于阴性患者,有远处转移的原发性肺癌患者CTC阳性率为81.82%,显著高于无远处转移的患者(42.11%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T分期、N分期、M分期、存在远处转移的原发性肺癌患者CTC阳性率、外周血D-D、FIB及PLT水平均较高,可以通过检测CTC阳性率、外周血D-D、FIB及PLT水平评估和预测患者病情。

Objective To investigate the effect of circulating tumor cells(CTC),D-two(D-D),fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet(PLT)on the clinical and pathological features of patients with primary lung cancer.Methods During January 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital 60 cases of newly diagnosed primary lung cancer patients as the research object,clinical and pathological data were collected,detected and recorded in peripheral blood CTC,D-D,FIB and PLT levels,explore the impact of blood CTC,D-D,FIB and PLT for primary lung cancer patients the characteristics of clinical pathology.Results The positive rate of CTC and patients with primary lung cancer staging(P<0.05),FIB level and clinical stage,T stage,N stage,M stage,distant metastasis(P<0.05),the level of D-D and T stage,N stage,M stage,distant metastasis(P<0.05)PLT,level and age,clinical stage,T stage,N stage,M stage,distant metastasis(P<0.05).CTC positive patients with peripheral blood D-D,FIB and PLT were significantly higher than that of negative patients,the positive rate of distant metastasis of CTC in patients with primary lung cancer was 81.82%,significantly higher than that of patients without distant metastasis(42.11%),and there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05).Conclusion T stage,N stage,M stage,distant metastasis of primary lung cancer patients,the positive rate of CTC of peripheral blood D-D,FIB and PLT levels were higher,can be detected by CTC,the positive rate of peripheral blood D-D,FIB and PLT levels of assessment and prediction of patients.
