微钻清除甲母质、甲沟重建治疗驻港官兵嵌甲型甲沟炎的疗效 被引量:6

Effect of micro-drilling to remove nail matrix, reconstruction of sulcus in treatment of ingrown paronychia of Hong Kong Garrison

摘要 目的:探讨微钻清除甲母质、甲沟重建治疗驻港官兵嵌甲型甲沟炎(ingrown toenails paronychia,ITP)的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015-12-06~2018-12-06 130例ITP患者的临床资料,根据治疗时间分为A、B两组,每组65例。A组采用微钻清除甲母质、甲沟重建术;B组采用部分拔甲术,比较两组创面愈合、术后换药疼痛感、感染及复发情况。结果: A组创面红肿时间、创面愈合时间、一次性治愈率、换药次数均显著优于B组( P <0.05);随访 3个月,A组术后换药疼痛感、感染以及复发率明显低于B组( P <0.05)。结论:微钻清除甲母质、甲沟重建治疗ITP病灶清除彻底,治愈率高,愈合快,复发率低,值得推广。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of micro-drilling to remove nail matrix,reconstruction of sulcus for ingrown toenails paronychia(ITP)of Hong Kong Garrison.Methods:The clinical data of 130 patients with ITP from December 2015 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively,the patients were divided into group A and group B,65 cases in each group.Group A were treated with micro-drill removal of nail matrix,reconstruction of sulcus,group B were treated with partial nail extraction.The wound healing,postoperative dressing pain,infection and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The wound swelling time,healing time,one-time cure rate and dressing change times of patients in group A were significantly better than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After three months follow-up,postoperative pain,infection and recurrence,the incidence in group A were significantly lower than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-drilling to remove nail matrix,reconstruction of sulcus shows a good efficiency in the treatment of ITP,the lesion is cleared thoroughly,high curing rate,rapid healing,low recurrencing rate,satisfactory and worth promoting.
