新疆某边防部队医院近3年军事训练伤住院病例调查

Investigation of inpatient cases of military training injury in a frontier force hospital of Xinjiang in recent 3 years

目的:调查驻疆某部队医院军事训练伤发生情况,查找致伤原因,提出防护措施。方法:通过部队医院信息管理系统获取2016-01-01~2018-12-31军事训练伤住院患者的资料,选取同期非军事训练伤住院的患者进行对照,并进行统计分析。结果:3年中因军事训练伤入院就诊患者1184例,占军人住院总人次的19.32%;其中骨与关节损伤、软组织损伤、器官损伤分别为679例、320例、101例;3年中军事训练伤住院人数分别为336例、397例、451例。军事训练伤患者的年龄、住院天数、住院费用和非军事训练伤患者比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:军事训练伤的发生率呈逐年上升趋势,应加强相应的预防措施,以降低训练伤发生率。

Objective:To investigate the basic situation of training injury in a military hospital in Xinjiang to find out the cause of injury,and put forward the protective measures.Methods:The military hospital information management system was used to obtain the data of all hospitalized patients with military training injuries from 2016-01-01 to 2018-12-31,and the patients hospitalized with non-military training injuries were selected during tha same period.The data of training injury cases were screened and analyzed statistically.Results:A total of 1 184 patients were admitted to hospital due to various military training injuries,accounting for 19.32% of the total number of hospitalized soldiers.There were 679 cases of bone and joint injury,320 cases of soft tissue injury and 101 cases of organ injury.The number of hospitalized patients with military training injuries in the three years was 336 cases,397 cases and 451 cases respectively.There were statistically significant differences between patients with military training injuries in terms of age,length of stay,hospitalization fees and those non-military training injuries.Conclusion:The incidence of military training injuries increased yearly.Preventive measures should be strengthened and the causes of training injuries should be further explored to reduce the incidence of training injuries.
