摘要
目的:探讨红曲三七姜黄复配对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,将造模成功的大鼠随机分为4组,即模型对照组、高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组,每组10只。另设空白对照组10只,以普通饲料喂养。高、中、低剂量组每天分别给予940 mg/kg、470 mg/kg和235 mg/kg药物灌胃,模型对照组和空白对照组均给予等容积灭菌纯化水灌胃。所有大鼠均连续灌胃30 d,第31天检测各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果:高、中、低剂量组大鼠实验第30天的体重及增重量与模型对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各剂量组大鼠血清TC水平和高、中剂量组大鼠血清TG水平均低于模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),高剂量组血清HDL-C水平高于模型对照组(P<0.05),各剂量组LDL-C水平与模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红曲三七姜黄复配能够降低高脂血症模型大鼠的血脂水平。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Monascus Sanqi turmeric compound on blood lipid level in hyperlipidemic rats.Methods:Hyperlipidemia rat model was established by high fat diet.The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:model control group,high-dose(940 mg/kg)group,middle-dose(470 mg/kg)group and low-dose(235 mg/kg)group,with 10 rats in each group.A total of 10 rats that were fed with only normal feed were defined as a blank control group.Rats in the high-,middle-and low-dose groups were intragastrically given corresponding doses of drugs(10 mL/kg)once a day for 30 days,while those in the model control group and blank control group were given equal volume of purified water.On day 31,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)in serum were examined.Results:There were no significant differences in 30-day body weight and weight gain among groups(P>0.05).The serum TC level in each dose group and the TG level in high-dose and middle-dose group were lower than those in model control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The serum HDL-C level in high-dose group was higher than that in model control group(P<0.05).However,no significant difference in the level of LDL-C between model control group and different doses groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Monascus Sanqi turmeric compound could reduce the blood lipid level in hyperlipidemic rats.
