摘要
目的:探究牛碱性成纤维细胞生长细胞因子(rb-bFGF)联合羟糖甘滴眼液对准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)患者术后干眼症状的治疗效果及对泪液白细胞介素(IL)-1β、转化生长因子(TGF)-β1水平的影响。方法:选取2015年7月至2017年7月在陕西省西安市中医医院行LASIK,术后出现干眼症的150例患者(221只眼)为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组(75例,109只眼)和对照组(75例,112只眼)。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用rb-bFGF联合羟糖甘滴眼液进行治疗。比较两组患者症状改善情况、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)及泪液TGF-β1、IL-1β水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为86.2%,明显高于对照组的74.1%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组BUT、SIT及TGF-β1均明显高于对照组,IL-1β明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:rb-bFGF联合羟糖苷滴眼液治疗LASIK术后干眼症的效果良好,可抑制眼表炎症反应,维持眼部湿润,缓解眼部干涩症状,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblasts growth factor(rb-bFGF)combined with hydroglucose eye drops on dry eye symptoms and the levels of interleukin(IL)-1βand transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1 in patients after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods:A total of 130 patients(221 eyes)who underwent LASIK in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into an observation group(75 cases,109 eyes)and a control group(75 cases,112 eyes).All patients received conventional treatment.The patients in the control group received sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and those in the observation group received rb-bFGF combined with hydroglucose eye drops.The clinical symptoms,tear film rupture time(BUT),tear secretion test(SIT),and the levels of TGF-β1 and IL-1βin tear were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.2%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.1%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the BUT,SIT and TGF-β1 were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,while IL-1βwas significantly lower(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was observed in both groups.Conclusion:rb-bFGF combined with hydroglycose eye drops was effective and safe in the treatment of dry eye at post-LASIK.It could inhibit ocular surface inflammation,maintain eye wetting,and relieve eye dry symptoms.
