广州市国家级青少年体育俱乐部实体化研究

Research on the Materialization of National Youth Sports Clubs in Guangzhou

国家青少年体育俱乐部经过多年发展取得了良好的成绩,但同时也出现了与依托单位及主管部门的矛盾问题。采用文献资料、实地调查、问卷调查、逻辑分析、专家访谈等研究方法,从国家层面出发在梳理俱乐部实体化内涵的基础上以广州市国家级青少年体育俱乐部为实证研究对象进行分析,探究出俱乐部实体化的六项基本要素和四个发展战略的转变,并对广州市国家级青少年体育俱乐部实体化发展所面临的困境进行分析,提出了俱乐部实体化发展的优化措施及未来的发展思路。

After years of development,the National Youth Sports Club has achieved good results,but at the same time it has also had conflicts with the supporting institutions and department in charge.Using literature review,field survey,questionnaire survey,logic analysis,expert interview and other research methods,based on the national level of the club's materialized connotation,the Guangzhou National Youth Sports Club is used as an empirical research object to analyze the club.This paper explores the six basic elements of the club's substantiation and the transformation of the four development strategies,and analyzes the difficulties faced by the development of the state-level youth sports clubs in the city,and puts forward the optimization measures and future development ideas of the club's entity development.
