摘要
基于大学生科创项目的创新人才培养对“双一流”建设具有重要的作用。结合西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院大学生科创项目开展工作现状及指导科创项目的经历,对大学生科创项目实施中存在的问题进行解析,并结合“双一流”建设背景下人才培养的要求,对大学生科创项目实施进行了探索,以期对大学生科创项目的顺利实施和创新人才培养提供借鉴,为“双一流”建设过程中高水平、创新型食品专业人才的培养提供思路与方法。
The cultivation of innovative talents based on undergraduate innovation projects plays an important role in"double first-class"construction.With the combination of the working status of undergraduate innovation projects and the experience for guiding students,the problems existing in the implementation of projects were analyzed.And then on the basis of the requirement of talent cultivation,the exploration and implementation of undergraduate innovation projects were conducted.It is expected to provide ideas and methods for the cultivation of high-level and innovative food professionals in the"double first-class"construction process.
