大学英语新任教师非正式学习现状及对策研究——以粤西某高校为例

摘要 通过调查粤西某高校外国语学院新任教师非正式学习现状和问题,探讨大学英语新任教师发展的策略,从而促进教师专业发展。基于问卷调查方法,从非正式学习的态度、非正式学习文化、非正式学习环境与非正式学习方式四维度来研究大学英语新任教师非正式学习现状与发展策略,研究结论如下:1.部分教师存在教学反思不够、学习沟通能力不强、非正式学习途径单一等问题;2.发展策略包括强调自我导向型、建设学习文化、丰富学习渠道和完善学习环境等。 The purpose is to explore strategies for the development of new teachers by investigating the current situation and problems of informal learning of new teachers in a university in western Guangdong,thus promoting the professional development of teachers.Based on questionnaires,the current situation and development strategies of new teachers'informal learning were studied from the four dimensions including informal learning attitude,informal learning culture,informal learning environment and informal learning style.The conclusions are as follows:first,some teachers have problems such as inadequate teaching reflection,weak learning and communication ability,and single informal learning approach;second,development strategies include emphasizing self-orientation,building learning culture,enriching learning channels,and improving learning environment.
