建设重庆国际物流枢纽核心区,发挥重庆国家中心城市带动西南地区内陆型城市带深度参与国际合作示范功用,是加快地区融合发展、推进互联互通的强大助力。然而,在发展该物流枢纽核心区进程中,存在全功能型物流枢纽缺失、物流通道中转集聚效应不足等一系列问题。从明晰国际物流枢纽的内涵和外延,从进行产业规划,对智慧枢纽配套建设等多方面进行改革探索,以期为内陆型城市经济开放和发展,解决地区经济发展的不平衡矛盾探索路径。

To construct the core area of Chongqing international logistics hub and bring the central city Chongqing into full play in promoting the deep participation of inland city belt in the demonstration function of international cooperation in southwest China,is a powerful aid to accelerate the development of regional integration and promote connectivity.However,in the process of developing the core area of logistics hub,there are a series of problems,such as the lack of full-function logistics hub and the lack of converging effect of logistics channel.Reform exploration is carried out from many aspects such as clarifying the connotation of international logistics hub,multi-dimension,systematically carrying out industrial planning and so on,in order to open and develop the economy of inland cities and solve the imbalance contradiction of regional economic development.
