摘要
为实现瞬变电磁法磁聚焦系统设计与应用,通过结合改进的遗传算法与有限元积分软件仿真,构建一款具有良好磁聚焦特性的激励线圈阵列模型,并设计与之相匹配的硬件电路,驱动激励线圈阵列,在目标区域产生具有良好聚焦特性的一次磁场。最后通过ARM芯片的控制与驱动,对在不同高度的不同厚度的钢板进行数据采集、存储、处理、显示。实验结果表明设计的磁聚焦系统在性能上有了较好的改善。
The objective is to design TEM magnetic focusing systems and apply it.With the combination of an improved genetic algorithm and finite element simulation software integration,a transmitter coil array model with good magnetic focusing characteristics was built and the hardware circuit matching it was designed,which drove the transmitter coil array,generated a magnetic field of a better focusing properties in the target area.Finally,the ARM chip controlled and drove plate at different heights for different thicknesses of data collection,storage,processing,and display.The experimental results show that the designed magnetic focusing system has better performance.
