海藻多糖对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生理生化特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验用不同浓度的海藻多糖45分别对玉米种子进行浸种,以清水作对照,观察其对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生理生化特性的影响,据此为生产应用推荐最佳使用浓度。结果表明,海藻多糖45 100倍液处理在促进根系生长、提高叶绿素含量、促进幼苗茎粗生长方面表现较好,且100倍液处理的植株干物质量最多、壮苗指数值最大、淀粉酶活性最强、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量最多;而50倍液处理在玉米种子萌发及生理生化特性上表现差于清水对照组,表现出抑制作用;200倍液处理在多方面的表现均稍差于100倍液处理。因此,在玉米萌发和幼苗生长期使用海藻多糖45最佳浓度为100倍液。 The maize seed was soaked with different concentrations of seaweed polysaccharide 45,and the effect on maize seed germination and physiological and biochemical characteristics of seedlings was observed with water as the control. The results showed that the 100 times dilution treatment showed good performance in promoting root growth,increasing chlorophyll content,and promoting seedling stem thick growth,and the 100 times dilution treatment had the largest dry matter mass,the largest strong seedling index value,the strongest amylase activity,and the highest soluble sugar and soluble protein content. However,the germination and physiological and biochemical characteristics of maize seeds treated with 50 times dilution were worse than those treated with water. The results of 200 times dilution were slightly worse than that of 100 times dilution in many aspects.Therefore,the optimal concentration of seaweed polysaccharide 45 is 100 times dilution during the germination and seedling growth of maize.
