摘要
本文对乳酸杆菌(HnL-3)和枯草芽孢杆菌(HnB-4)进行了单独培养和联合培养。结果表明,将HnL-3与HnB-4优化后的培养基进行联合培养24 h后得到的菌浓度为4.8×109个/mL,与单独培养时菌液浓度差异不显著。因此,可将2种菌联合培养用于改善动物肠道微环境。
The individual and combined culture of Lactobacillus(HnL-3)and Bacillus subtilis(HnB-4)were studied.The results showed that the concentration of bacterium was 4.8 ×109/mL after 24 h combined culture of HnL-3 and HnB-4 in optimized medium,and there was no significant difference in the concentration of bacterium between combined and individual culture.Therefore,two kinds of bacteria can be combined cultured to improve the intestinal microenvironment of animals.
