In view of the problems existing in the skills training of migrant workers,by changing the traditional skills training methods,innovating the training mode,carrying out the credit system and school-enterprise cooperation,and using the network platform to expand the content of skills,migrant workers can choose a reasonable training mode according to their actual situation.It is conducive to solving the problems of difficult training and assessment of migrant workers,improving the quality of migrant workers′ skills training and increasing the employment rate of migrant workers.
