摘要
介绍了旋流微泡浮选柱的结构与工作原理、技术特点,在盘江矿区选煤厂的应用表明,相同条件下,微泡浮选柱所选精煤灰分比浮选机精煤灰分低约2%,浮选精煤产率提高3.33%,企业取得了较好的经济效益。
The structure,working principle and technical characteristics of the swirling microbubble flotation column are introduced. The application results in the coal preparation plants in Panjiang mining area show that under the same conditions,the concentrate ash of the microbubble flotation column decreases by about 2% compared with that of flotation cell,and the concentrate yield increases by 3. 33%. The enterprise has achieved good economic benefits.
