摘要 研究不同红蓝光质比的LED光源对不同生长阶段的白芨组培苗生长的影响,为进行优质白芨种苗的高效增殖扩繁生产提供科学依据,也为LED光源在其他植物组培中的应用和经济可行性分析提供参考。以白芨组培苗为试材,在LED光源的红光、蓝光、红/蓝1∶2、红/蓝1∶1、红/蓝2∶1总共5种不同光质配比下培养,以普通白炽灯作为对照,测定白芨组培苗的形态指标和多糖含量。白芨组培播种苗在红/蓝1∶1处理下萌发时间最短,达到可转接时间为40d,相比对照可提前5d。在白芨芽增殖阶段,红/蓝2∶1处理下白芨增殖系数最高,红光次之。红蓝组合光和白光条件下,幼苗较为健壮。在红/蓝2∶1处理下,白芨组培苗生根效果和多糖含量最高。在红/蓝1∶1配比光照下,可有效缩短白芨播种阶段的生长时间,降低产业化生产成本,在红/蓝2∶1配比光照下,白芨组培苗多糖含量最高,可有效提高白芨品质。 This paper studies the effects of different red-blue light quality ratio LED light sources on the growth of tissue culture seedlings of Bletilla striata at different growth stages, and provides scientific basis for efficient proliferation and propagation of high-quality seedlings of Bletilla striata, for the sake of providing a reference for the application of LED light sources in tissue culture of other plants and economic feasibility analysis. The tissue culture seedlings of Bletilla striata are cultured under five different light quality ratios of red light, blue light, red/blue 1 ∶2, red/blue 1 ∶1 and red/blue 2 ∶1 under LED light source. The morphological index and polysaccharide content of tissue culture seedlings of Scutellaria baicalensis are determined with common incandescent lamp as control. The germination time of tissue culture seedlings of Scutellaria baicalensis is the shortest under the treatment of red/blue 1 ∶1, and the transferable time is 40 days, which is 5 days earlier than the control. At the stage of Bletilla striata bud multiplication, Bletilla striata has the highest multiplication coefficient under red/blue 2 ∶1 treatment, followed by red light. Under the combination of red and blue light and white light, the seedlings are more robust. Under the treatment of red/blue 2 ∶1, on root induction and polysaccharide content of the tissue-cultured seedlings of Bletilla striata is the highest. Under the red/blue 1 ∶1 ratio light, the growth time of the seeding stage of Bletilla striata can be effectively shortened, and the production cost of industrialization can be reduced. Under the red/blue 2 ∶1 ratio light, the polysaccharide content of tissue culture seedlings of Scutellaria baicalensis is the highest, and the quality of Bletilla striata can be effectively improved.
