马铃薯60S核糖体蛋白L28-1基因的生物信息学分析 被引量:2

摘要 以马铃薯与青枯菌互作过程中产生的一条EST为实验材料,初步推定该EST表达蛋白可能参与马铃薯青枯病的抗性。通过对这条上调表达的EST核酸构成、氨基酸的构成和该EST编码的可能蛋白质的高级结构进行初步的推理剖析、序列分析,结果表明:该EST的长度为601bp,其中部有429个碱基编码了含143个氨基酸的肽段,该小肽一端是明显的亲水的,一端为显著的疏水的,无信号肽,无二硫键,无膜穿透性,二级结构中含有的无规则卷曲比较多,有多个磷酸化位点,含保守结构域,经分析,与野生种潘那利番茄RPL28-1相似度最高,默示与野生种潘那利番茄RPL28-1拥有大致差不多的构造,发挥出差不多作用。因此以上结果可以为进一步研究该基因编码蛋白的具体功能和在青枯菌与马铃薯互作过程中发挥作用。 Using an EST produced during the interaction between potato and bacterial wilt as experimental material, it was preliminarily presumed that the expressed protein of EST might be involved in the resistance of potato to bacterial wilt. Through preliminary inference and sequence analysis of the up-regulated EST nucleic acid composition, amino acid composition and the high-level structure of the possible protein encoded by EST, the results showed that the length of the EST was 601 bp. 429 bases in the middle of the EST encoded the peptide segment containing 143 amino acids, and one end of the small peptide was obviously hydrophilic. There are many irregular curls in the secondary structure. There are many phosphorylation sites and conservative domains in the secondary structure. Through analysis, the similarity with wild Panari tomato RPL28 1 is the highest, implying that it has great similarity with wild Panari tomato RPL28 1. The similar structure plays a similar role. Therefore, the above results can be used to further study the specific function of the gene encoding protein and its role in the interaction between bacterial wilt and potato.
