摘要
专业改革的核心是专业人才培养方案的制订,它是专业改革精神的具体落实。研究了大数据背景下的信管专业人才培养方案制订的各个主要环节,以及人才培养方案中如何有效体现新IT与现代管理学等学科交叉与深度融合的方式、方法和措施,以期为信管专业的改革创新发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。
The core of professional reform is the formulation of professional talent training program, which is the concrete implementation of the spirit of professional reform. This paper studies the main links in the formulation of personnel training program for credit management specialty under the background of big data, and the ways, methods and measures of how to effectively reflect the interdisciplinary and deep integration of new IT and modern management disciplines in personnel training program, so as to provide some reference and reference for the reform and innovation of credit management specialty.
